Partnership Development & Management

Co-creation requires deep relationship building, patience and time. We recognize this by first working to build relationships that encourage accountability and transparency among partners. Adapting traditional project management tools to meet social challenges, we work with you to develop a process that allows us to discover, plan, implement, and learn to achieve our desired outcomes.

Innovation & Process Design

Intentional design is needed to shift from one state of being to another. Together we will build a process that allows for new ideas to emerge to create the blueprint for the change that is needed. We hold space for diverse voices and thoughts, ask meaningful questions, reflect to make meaning, then connect meaning to action.

Ecosystem Discovery & Analysis

When it comes to systemic and social challenges, it's difficult to know where to begin. We believe the communities most impacted hold the answers. Utilizing developmental evaluation in our design, we elevate community voice to ensure solutions address the need. Acknowledging the extractive nature of this work, we believe it is our role to listen and reflect back learnings, with attribution to individual and collective knowledge.

Implementation Technical Assistance

In partnership, we work to uncover your needs and build your capacity to address implementation and administrative challenges. We provide resources and ongoing coaching along the way to help you manage disruption and hold space for discomfort, standing with you through the natural resistance and uncertainty that comes with change.
